01 Production Process

• 01 Raw material procurement and inspection

  We rigorously select core materials including high-performing magnetic silicon steel and premium copper, with multi-dimensional screening processes such as material analysis and performance testing to ensure quality at source.

• 02 Core component manufacturing

  The iron core is precisely laminated using an automatic lamination machine and undergoes vacuum annealing to enhance magnetic permeability. The coil is tightly wound with a CNC winding machine, with strict control over wire arrangement and insulation wrapping quality.

• 03 Body assembly

  The integrated assembly of iron core, coil, and insulating components is completed in a cleanroom, with full-process dust and moisture control.

• 04 Drying and treatment

  Oil-immersed products are dried by vacuum drying tank, dry products are cured by epoxy resin pouring, to ensure the insulation performance.

• 05 Final assembly and debugging

  Integrate components including fuel tank, cooling system, and protective devices, then perform pre-assembly and functional debugging.

• 06 Pre-delivery inspection

  Upon successful completion of all performance tests, the product undergoes final appearance adjustments and label application to ensure compliance with delivery standards.

  Requirement communication

  The client specifies key parameters including voltage level, capacity, energy efficiency, power loss metrics, and operating environment, with both parties confirming their cooperation intent.

  Customized solutions

  The technical team will deliver a tailored technical proposal within 72 hours, including detailed specifications, structural design, pricing breakdown, and delivery timeline.

  Contract execution

  Upon finalizing the plan, sign the formal cooperation agreement specifying key terms including technical specifications, payment terms, and warranty clauses.

  Production tracking

  Customers can monitor production progress in real time and schedule factory tours for key production stages.

  Finished product inspection

  Upon completion of production, we provide customers with a complete factory inspection report, supporting third-party re-inspection.

  Logistics delivery

  We deploy a professional logistics team to provide customized transportation solutions (including lifting and securing services), with full insurance coverage throughout the process.

Testing & Inspection (Testing Process)

01 Raw material inspection

Conduct material analysis, withstand voltage test, dielectric loss test, etc. for raw materials such as iron core, coil, insulating material, transformer oil, etc. All unqualified raw materials shall be rejected.

02 Process detection

Quality control points are set up in key production processes, and the core stacking coefficient, coil DC resistance, and body insulation resistance are monitored in real time, with all data being recorded.

03 Factory-wide inspection

Upon completion of final assembly, the product undergoes comprehensive testing in accordance with national standards, including power frequency withstand voltage test, lightning impulse test, partial discharge detection, loss measurement, ratio testing, and noise measurement, to ensure all parameters meet technical specifications.

04 Customized testing (on-demand)

For specially designed products, additional environmental compatibility tests such as high/low-temperature cycling, humidity-heat tests, and salt spray tests are conducted.

05 Inspection report

All test data is recorded in real-time, with a detailed inspection report provided upon delivery. The report supports on-site verification by customers or retesting by third-party authoritative institutions.
