It features high efficiency, low loss, low temperature rise and strong overload capacity, with fireproof, eco-friendly and reliable performance in full compliance with IEC 60076 standards. Suitable for high-power centralized power supply scenarios, it can be customized in voltage, cooling method, protection class and structure.     We support customized design of core electrical parameters for power transformers, including rated capacity, voltage level, short-circuit impedance, connection group, insulation class and cooling method. Our products cover a full range of specifications from 25kVA to 20000kVA and above, adapting to different power grid and load working conditions.

  • 02 Structure Customization

    We can customize the overall structure of transformers according to installation scenarios, including oil-immersed fully sealed / fully corrugated / conservator structures, and dry-type cast / open / encapsulated structures. We also provide personalized design for enclosure forms (indoor/outdoor), installation methods (pole-mounted / pad-mounted / prefabricated substation) and heat dissipation configurations (natural air cooling / forced air cooling), meeting space constraints and protection class requirements from IP20 to IP54.

    For special working conditions such as high altitude (≥3000m), high/low temperature (-40℃~+55℃), coastal salt spray, chemical corrosion, dust and humidity, and earthquake zones, we provide customized protection solutions, including enhanced insulation for high altitude, anti-condensation and moisture-proof systems, anti-corrosion coatings, seismic reinforcement structures and dust-proof sealing treatment, ensuring stable operation of transformers in extreme environments.
